This robustly constructed device automatically compacts the sample and stops after applying a predetermined number of blows.
The mold is held in place quickly and easily using a fixing device.
The falling mechanism is arranged so that the sliding hammer falls from the same height on each strike.
The compactor includes a concrete base on which a wooden block is mounted, a compaction hammer of 7850 ± 50 g and a sliding hammer of 4535 ± 15 g. The free fall height is 457 mm and the impact frequency is 50 blows every 60 seconds as required by international standards.
The machine is equipped with a safety door, in accordance with the CE Directive. When the door is opened, it stops automatically and cannot operate.
The control panel can be mounted on the wall or placed on a bench.
