This frame has been designed to perform different types of tests, from the simplest bending test for a central or midpoint load on beams to the most advanced controlled tests for FRC displacement and energy absorption tests in sprayed concrete.
The frame is highly rigid with a minimal deflection of 0.9 mm at the maximum load point. It features a single-acting piston with counterweights to optimize friction.
They allow testing on concrete beams up to 150x150x600 and 150x150x750 mm, joists, tiles, curbs, paving stones, slabs, masonry and any type of material up to 600 mm wide and 150 mm high.
They are supplied without roller assembly, piston and support base, so these must be ordered separately.
